No, no idea.  It probably has nothing to do with Ethereal; it's probably
just a WinPcap problem, so see

for details on how to test it with WinDump - if it doesn't work with
WinDump either, it's a WinPcap problem, so see that FAQ for details on
how to report WinPcap problems to the WinPcap developers.
