By either

	1) using a newer version of tcpdump (newer versions dissect
	   802.1d BPDU packets);

	2) using Tethereal or Ethereal instead of tcpdump (they've
	   dissected BPDU packets for quite a while);

	3) using tcpdump with the "-w" option to save to a binary
	   capture file, and reading that capture file with Tethereal or
	   Ethereal or a newer version of tcpdump (but if you have any
	   of those programs, you might as well use them to do the
	   capturing).
