If you do, they'll tell you it's a known bug in WinPcap 2.3 (earlier
WinPcap versions might have, I think, given bad time stamps for *all*
packets, not just *some* packets), and it'll be fixed in a future
WinPcap release.

(So you don't need to tellt hem about it.)
