At least two interpretations of "search for ASCII strings within
Ethereal" come to mind:

	1) searching for ASCII strings in the raw binary data of
	   packets;

	2) searching for ASCII strings in the text of the protocol trees
	   of packets;

but nobody's written any code to support either of them.

2) could be done by doing a "print to file" operation and searching the
resulting file.
