If they have the same name, this probably means that WinPcap can't
distinguish between them, which means it can't open any of them other
than the first one.

Try installing WinDump:

	http://windump.polito.it/

and see if it allows you to capture from the second device.  ("windump
-D", run from a command prompt/MS-DOS prompt window, will print a list
of interfaces, with numbers for each interface; try the number it gives
to the second interface.)  See if it captures traffic on the second
interface or the first interface.

If it captures on the first interface, or if tries but fails to capture
on the second interface, ask the WinPcap mailing list:

	winpcap-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

about this.  If they say that WinPcap can't handle multiple interfaces
with the same name on Windows 9x/Me, suggest that they put an item in
the WinPcap FAQ about this.
