Hi

By default ethereal 0.8.18c for win98 does not appear to install the 'manuf'
file.
How can I get ethereal to read this file ?

I tried placing it in the following dirs with no luck :-(
c:\.ethereal
c:\windows
c:\program files\ethereal
c:\usr\local\etc
