I agree with Joerg here.
I'm coaching a group of about 10 persons that use Ethereal regurlarly (but
not daily), but almost all of them stumble when it comes to quickly
launching the capture since the time the GUI changed to 3 buttons.
Experience shows that these persons (myself included) need between 2 and 3
clicks (with errors) in average to get the capture running.
So finally it's worse than when we were forced to *exactly* two clicks as it
was before :-) and by the way we came accross the options page.
The icons are not very intuitive and having 3 quick buttons is more likely
to spread confusion than to simplify the GUI.
