Bugzilla doesn't have a "delete attachment" option, apparently on
purpose:  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44595

The files are apparently MP3s.  I marked them as "obsolete" and
"private".  I also manually changed their MIME types in MySQL.
