The attached patch (against SVN) introduces SNMP Engine ID dissectionaccording to RFC3411 in packet-snmp.c. It uses the enterprise number toname mapping provided by the recently enhanced epan/sminmpec.c. It alsoexports dissect_snmp_engineid() for use by other dissectors anddemonstrates this for packet-pktc.c.

The patch works for me and passes fuzz testing with my captures(provided on request). Feedback is appreciated. Please review and apply.
