Hi,

As discussed in
http://www.ethereal.com/lists/ethereal-dev/200507/msg00120.html I've
collapsed the control and data protocols into dissector to cope with
commands and data over the same TCP connection.  I've also prettified things
a bit and now decoded a few more command parameters.

Note that packet-mms-data.c and packet-mms-control.c should now be removed
from svn, the attached patch to epan/dissectors/Makefile.common removes them
from the build.
