Yes, this seems to be a very good idea. In the end, you seem to get a 
working docbook build env on win32, which can be a bit challenging.

I appreciate this very much. This way, we'll always have a recent 
version on the website :-)

Just today I was thinking about updating both User's and Developer's 
Guide on the wiki. I can forget about updating the User's guide now :-)

IMO we could remove the User's Guide Wiki page, as publishing an updated 
version of the guide was the main (only?) reason for that page.
