Wireshark · Ethereal-dev: [Ethereal-dev] A build error, menus with no text

Hello
I am trying to build the latest svn, and all compilation is ok. But i
ithink i am making a mistake, because when i run ethereal-gtk2.exe
menus has no text, just icons.
only errors i notices were

i think they are about snmp support and no relation with menus

where should i check to get it work right ?
