I've finally managed get to proper TCP dissection with desegmentation working for the JXTA dissector. (I'm going to be updating README.developer with what I've learned)

Since JXTA can be configured to use arbitrary ports the dissector is entirely heuristic, but per mailing suggestion you can shut off the heuristic behaviour. This effectively disables the dissector.

I haven't done much yet with filtering yet or with conversation tracking yet. Any suggestions for features you would like are appreciated. I'd eventually like to add fancy mapping to show logical destinations, routing, jxta service specific dissection, etc.
