Hi,

I have written a partial dissector for the TIPC protocol (http://tipc.sourceforge.net/). It requires some more work to make it complete, but it does do a partial decode of TIPC packets. I do not have the time at present to continue with this work. Is it possible that I can submit the changes required for this protocol so that either someone else can continue with it, or I can continue at a later date without the need to resync?

If so, How do I get this code submitted?
