When the next release comes out.

As per another thread in ethereal-dev, that's being planned for next 
week.  No *guarantees*, but that's what's being considered.

If you can't wait, try getting one of the installers from a buildbot 
build; go to the Download link, pick one of the "Source Code" links 
(appropriate to your locale), and look under "buildbot-builds".
