The attached patch to the asn2eth compiler contains following changes:
- the default protocol name is module-name from input file
- [##]/(##) mark for index of SET/SEQUENCE item is not used with original PER/BER API
- PDUs can be registered
   each PDU can be registered only once with this compiler version (multiple registration 
will follow)
   as I still do not have written README.asn2eth only example is attached
