With the capture sent in the message you're replying to, Short Frame isbeing displayed because, well, the frames are short.

I.e., they were captured with a snapshot length of 96, so only the first96 bytes of each packet appears in the capture file. (Perhaps it wascaptured with tcpdump, where the default capture length is 96 bytes iftcpdump was built with IPv6 support.)
