the gz file contains a generated dissector that should go in
epan/dissectors and
be added to Makefile.common

the tgz file contains the directory and the files down in asn1  that
describes the template
for this dissector as well as the asn file to generate it.


This "dissector" adds dissection of the certificate extensions used by NetScape 
generated certificates.
