Oops, just have missed that dissector_helper_sources with 
packet-dcerpc-nt.c was already present in makefile.common.

Please ignore my last patch.

However, a clean solution for the ugly hack in patch 11435 would be to 
move all other dissector-helper-sources and extra-sources to 
epan/dissectors or to epan or another subdirectory of epan and adjust 
the makefiles accordingly.

I can prepare the makefiles for this.
