Checked in.

Should resources also be added to wiretap.dll?

That sounds reasonable.

I've checked in a dependency, so libethereal.res will be generated before epan (the generation failed on my machine for this reason).

BTW: Is there a reason, that the version number has three parts and the fourth needed to compile, is appended in the .rc file?

example: 0,10,5 from config.nmake has to be expanded to 0,10,5,0 to be "correct".

As I would like to append an increasing number at the last position, e.g. 0.10.5.021 for my "personal patchlevel", this is currently not possible.

Could we put the complete version string into config.nmake e.g. 0,10,5,0 and don't append something in the .rc files?
Or is there a reason not to do so?
