I used Ethereal with libxml2.dll+iconv.dll about a year ago.
I don't remember what version of Ethereal and libxml2.dll I was using.
It worked with the libxml2.dll I downloaded from www.xmlsoft.org at that time.
I have switched computers since then, so I don't know if I have it still somewhere.
