Both, an RTP packet dissector and an entire RTP analysis module is
integrated into Ethereal.
No additional plugins are necessary.
What you might experience is that your UDP packets do not *get recognized*
as RTP?
Choose "Decode As..." on a selected packet an force decoding of RTP in that
case.
