I build ethereal with that code a couple of months ago as I wanted to 
decode traffic to/from a Hauppauge MVP (which uses RFB with a couple of 
extensions) - however as the code doesn't handle reassembly it wasn't 
much use to me at that time.

Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to go back and look at it since.
