The problem is the the RUDP dissector registers itself for port
7000 which is IANA registered:
From http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers:

afs3-fileserver 7000/tcp    file server itself
afs3-fileserver 7000/udp    file server itself

RUDP is a CISCO proprietary protocol, so possibly the rudp dissector
should not register itself using an IANA registered port number?
