Sorry for silly question, but I didn't find this in documentation
section.

Do you have a some kind of HOWTO for writing a new plugin/dissector ?
I'm about to write ( hopefully) dissector for FastTrack and will
appreciate any pointers to similar protocols pluging and other examples.
