Hi all;

I'm sorry if this is a FAQ. I've tried some cursory Google searches and
reading the FAQ, and probably I've just missed the answer.

I have a new dissector to contribute - it decodes IPDC (an SS7 over IP
variant).

What's the best way for me actually contribute the code? Via CVS - I'll
need to register for a username/password? Or post a patch to the list?
