Let's say there is no more reason to support it.
RAS isn't a standard format. It's what i privately used before i got to know
rtpdump.
Like rtpdump, it preserves timestamp information, which the "Save Payload"
(saves G.711 payload as.au) feature from the analysis window does not.
That's why i added it in the first place.
But rtpdump does the job as well as RAS. And rtpdump is used by some other
apps.
I will take care of cleaning out those RAS remnants in the code with the
next patch.
