Ok, so large-file support for ethereal/tethereal seems to be not just
a cheezy hack...  I can write choppers/converters for my file format,
and pcap for that matter, and these tools can support large file
since I am not doing any seeking or things like that.

Is there anything special I should do to make ethereal better able
to handle a series of chopped up (but contigious as far
as the capture is concerned) files?
