Folks:

The attached patch provides the following functionality to the new iostat
tool in ethereal 0.9.8:

1) enables colored traces for filters with ethereal compiled with GTK 1.x

2) each filter label is now an active button which will bring up the
ethereal display filter dialog. Any display filters created will then be
appropriately transferred  to the corresponding trace filter text box. I
found this to be a useful user friendly need while working with this tool.


I have tested this under windows (GTK1.3), Linux (GTK1.3 and 2.x)....
