Checked in, with changes necessary to make it work with Ethereal 0.8.20
(file offsets are longs, not ints, in 0.8.20).

Your patch appears to have been mangled by your mail software - it split
some lines, and converted some tabs to spaces; this meant I had to apply
some of the patch changes by hand.  You might want to send patches as
attachments, in the hopes that the mail software will send them
unmodified, in the future; you might also want to send new files as
separate attachments.
