The WSP spec WAP-203-WSP, approved version 4-May-2000, says, in Table 39
"Header Field Name Assignments", that Profile-Warning is assigned 0x37.

Did some later spec use 0x44 for it?  Or are there different encodings
for Profile-Warning with 0x37 and 0x44?
