CVS vs. 0.8.16 won't make a difference in that particular case, 0.8.16
has version 1.7 of "wiretap/acinclude.m4", i.e. it uses AC_CHECK_HEADER.

CVS vs. 0.8.15 *will* make a difference, just as 0.8.16 vs.  0.8.15
will; patches to Ethereal should, ideally, be made against the CVS
version, but, even if they're not, they should be made against the
latest released version.
