I committed a patch to add very minimal dump support for netxray dumps
version 1.1. It needs a bit of work, but
it is sufficiently capable to write out a ethernet dump without
timestamp information.

Adding equivalent 1.0 and 2.1 support should be very simple, but it
seemed to make more sense to get all the timestamp and encapsulation
stuff written correctly first.

I haven't had a chance to test this against a real sniffer, but ethereal
is able to read the file it saves.
