Do you have ssh on the machine which hosts the CVS repository ?

Then I could check out and commit sources via ssh - either via an anonimous CVS user
or via a private user.

-> This way I wouldn´t have to download the complete sources every time
AND: If the developers have access to the current sources, there is no need
     to release a new version twice a week. -> updates are automagicaly merged into
     the source tree -> while ethereal is heavy under development a weekly snapshot
     should be enough (maybe a tested "stable" release every month)

(I am no expert in CVS but: I ve allready worked as a developer with a remote repository)
