Hello
I found the option of the printer to set the negotiation, set it to auto and now does not lose packets via ICMP (from desktopA to the printer).
I also verify that setting autonegotiation = not in the printer, the switch is set as Half-duplex.

I went back to configure the network as before.

switch
B (1GB) <---> switch A (100Mb
-----> Printer
                        |
                       
---> Desktop Z, X, Y
                        |  
                        | ---> Some desktop and server



Now "tcp.analysis.retransmission" the desktop Z, has a loss of 0.25%, while desktop Y, X has a 0.9%
I guess that 0.9% should remain much .. but I think I'll leave.
