Is there a set of MIBs out there that would pass without error ?

This is Debian's bug, not libsmi's. Debian chose to not distribute MIBs
subject to IANA and IETF licensing rules. I have absolutely no sympathy
with them choosing to distribute packages which will undoubtably crash.
