It means that the SPOLLSS dissector encountered something unexpected. Sometimes the packet is in fact malformed, but even then, the dissector should handle it more gracefully instead of throwing an exception. It could also be a normal packet and a dissector bug. If you could open a bug at https://bugs.wireshark.org and attach a sample capture file that shows that error when loaded into Wireshark, someone will take a look at it.
