To Whom It May Concern
I am Rasul Aggarwal,a senior at George Mason University, pursuing BS Electrical Engineering. Our team is working on the project of location identification inside a building based on the RSS (received signal strength) values received from different Access Points. We would be using wireshark to collect the RSS values from different AP's and intend to export the date to a JAVA GUI.But one of the major hurdles, we are currently facing is how to get Wireshark export data to JAVA GUI software automatically.
Also,if wireshark can convert data to excel spreadsheet automatically, since JAVA can extract data from excel spreadsheet. This is the second option we were thinking if it is feasible.I will appreciate any kind of help and guidance regarding our project. Thanks in advance. Please reply at your convenience.Oblige
