Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Failed ftp session

We have started having problems with a remote system connecting to an ftp server. The client system is Windows 2003. The server is Solaris running ProFTPD.
 
What should I look for to determine what caused the RST. Also, why is it sending out the NBSTAT queries. This system seems to be seeing a large number of checksums, but I'm not sure that this isn't a configuration issue.
