i recommend you abandon Windows in favor of Linux.  i tried to
do wireless sniffing/cracking for months using Vista ... i finally
managed to sniff but cracking was a monster

i switched to Linux 2 mos ago.  i now can crack WEP or WPA/WPA2
PSK's with ease ...

So do we, but Windows, at least, and the drivers available for Windows
