As the word "bug" in the message suggests, this is a bug. :-)
It's also a bug that probably has nothing to do with it being a snoop
capture. Please file a bug at bugs.wireshark.org, and, if possible,
attach to the bug a capture file that shows the error. (If you save a
capture containing only the packet that gets that assertion, and
reading that capture shows the error, just attach that.)
