Go to Capture -> Options -> Use
Multiple Files. There are lot’s of settings for the
rolling buffer you are seeking. -Barry From:

Call scenario. Once the capture file reaches a
certain size limit, the wireshark displays out of memory error and existing
capture also goes off. Is there any way to store the captures
periodically in to a predefined files, (ex). i want wireshark to store the
