This is currently not possible. The filter fields and column fields
are two different worlds.

There has been an enhancement request already to be able to add filter
fields as columns. Have a look at :

http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2002

and feel free to add your request there too.

Once someone finds the time to implement this nice feature, you will be
able to have a "mpls.label" column :-)
