AFAIK there is no default list of capture filters, you pretty much have to type what you want in there.

(There are some exceptions: for example if Wireshark detects that you ssh'd into the machine where you are running Wireshark then it will auto-populate the capture filter box with a filter that will try to filter out the ssh traffic that Wireshark itself would generate.)
