Hi
I'm trying to capture 802.1Q (VLAN) frames (from a mirrored port)  using Wireshark on a Windows 2003 Server (IBM) using the onboard  Broadcom NetXtreme II NIC, and the driver seams to remove the VLAN Tags from the packet.
I read that in windows VLAN treatment is NIC dependent and that some act different then other, and in the wireshark wiki (http://wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureSetup/VLAN ) there is an explanation on how to disable the VLAN striping feature on the NetXtreme (I) but it doesn't seams to work on the NetXtreme II.
does anybody know of a way to control the VLAN treatment in the NetXtreme II?

thanks
