i found openrbl.org and remote.12dt.com/index.php ,
i try to search my domain with my ip domain. it just know the hosting i have used.
but it better than whoisbyip.

Reverse DNS can do this. Easiest way is to type "reverse dns" into
Google, and some sites with this service should be listed. There are
also applications that do this from your computer.
