Have you tried downloading the file _without_ FlashGet?

What is the MD5, SHA1, or RMD160 sum of the file you downloaded? If
you're trying to download wireshark-setup-0.99.5.exe, the values should be:

  MD5: 6adee9c71780fbaf2a97deefdf48f1b4
  SHA1: 63c63af6fee52803715cbfc82e11fa42eddf86c5
  RIPEMD160: b6106ad29b39664c55aaf88984a6ca6114e13815

The file is 18138441 bytes long.

On Windows you can verify the MD5 and SHA1 sums using Microsoft's FCIV
utility: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290/ . Checksums for all
