The bindingID in the NBAP protocol is shown to 1 or 2 octets in Wireshark 0.99.5.

In the NBAP spec(3GPP 25.433) it is defined to 4 octets equal to SUGR value of ALCAP.

And HSDPA information in the NBAP can not paring but I think that maybe it is related with bindingID problem.

Please modify in next version.
