Hi,

You don't give a lot of info. Like What desktop (KDE, GNOME, MAC OSX,
Win32?), what OS (Solaris, Linux, BSD, WinME, Win2K (prof),
Win2k3 (Prof)(server), WinXP(prof) or even what version of Wireshark?
So how are we to answer the question.

Asuming defaults: it's probably a known bug, already fixed. See
http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1096
