Who owns http://www.ethereal.com/?  Or specifically is the owner of http://www.ethereal.com/ based in the USA?

 

Who owns http://www.wireshark.org? (USA Based?)

 

Would it be fair to say that Ethereal / Wireshark are based in the USA since Gerald Combs started the project and is based in the USA?

 

I ask these questions for security reasons only.
